Bollin Rigging Co sells a range of both wire and synthetic ropes along with associated fittings throughout the UK.
We can supply the following range of materials and can design, manufacture and fit assembled tension wire and rope items to your specifications.
- Stainless steel wire rope - diameters from 1.5mm to 26mm, in either stiff (1x19 construction) or flexible (7x19 construction). Wire is 316 grade stainless and is supplied cut to length and made up as complete assemblies or on the reel.
- Galvanised steel wire rope - diameter from 2.0mm to 26mm.
- Solid stainless steel rod rigging and fittings.
- Stainless steel wire terminals in many styles but primarily eye, fork or threaded stud. Terminations can be either hand fitted on site using cone and socket end fittings or can be swaged onto the wire using a hydraulic "roll swaging" machine. Fittings can be supplied for all the above wire sizes.
- Stainless steel turnbuckle tensioners, wall fastenings, eye bolts etc
- Stainless steel and galvanised chain for "chain drains" and balustrade
We have supplied wire rope for many fabrication projects including staircase balustrades, safety rails etc and, having a mobile swaging machine can undertake this work on site should this be required.
